Our client is looking for a Business Development Associate to join their team and drive business growth across Gujarat and occasionally in other states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development with large corporate manufacturing industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of solutions and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly.
  • Travel extensively across Gujarat and occasionally to other states for client visits, meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales with Big Corporate Manufacturing Industries.
  • Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage client expectations.
  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage client expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
