Business Development Associate

Our client is looking for a Business Development Associate to join their team and drive business growth across Gujarat and occasionally in other states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development with large corporate manufacturing industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calls, and industry events.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of solutions and services.
- Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics regularly.
- Travel extensively across Gujarat and occasionally to other states for client visits, meetings, and industry events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales with Big Corporate Manufacturing Industries.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage client expectations.
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage client expectations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
