Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Vadodara. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting product offerings, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include managing the sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding sales targets, negotiating contracts, and understanding customer needs for tailored solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively promote product offerings
  • Basic understanding of construction materials or chemicals is a plus
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage sales processes efficiently
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or commission-based roles is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara and travel locally for client meetings
  • Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred
