About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Process Manufacturing Consultant with a strong focus on Production Planning (PP) and Manufacturing Execution to join our expert team.

This is not a step-up role were looking for an established professional with proven end-to-end project delivery experience in complex process manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for leading key project phases, advising clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management best practices, and ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs. You must be willing to travel to Australia for key milestones and workshops.

You will also play a key role designing the future process map, functional requirements, for a leading manufacturing company in Australia, shaping solution design, and ensuring delivery excellence in a flexible, collaborative work environment. In this project, you will have the unique opportunity to help deliver AI-driven supply chain optimisation and IoT-enabled manufacturing process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 Process Manufacturing projects with a focus on Production Planning and Manufacturing Execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to future process maps, define requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Develop Detailed Solution Design documents.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide expert recommendations for process improvements.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 modules, including Supply Chain, Production Control, Master Planning, and related areas.
• Drive the implementation of AI agents for predictive analytics, process automation, and decision support.
• Contribute to IoT integration for real-time data capture and manufacturing process optimisation.
• Facilitate and lead workshops, user training, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, testing, and deployment.

About You Skills & Experience

• Must have proven experience in Process Manufacturing project using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Must be willing to travel to Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
• Minimum of 5-10+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience, with at least 35 years in Dynamics 365/AX Process Manufacturing .
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ERP projects in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong functional expertise in Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Master Planning, and related supply chain processes.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior business stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, solution design, and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform integration is highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel within Australia and APAC for critical project phases.
