Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration Developer

We are seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialise in designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions that address business challenges and optimise customer relationship management processes.

Responsibilities

Development & Customisation

• Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Develop, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Implement low-code/no-code solutions where applicable using Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability using best practices and modern development methodologies.

Technical Solutioning & Integration

• Understand client requirements and collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party applications using RESTful APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Migrate and transform legacy data into Dynamics 365 using Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or custom ETL solutions.
• Develop and implement reports using Power BI and SSRS.

Testing & Deployment

• Conduct system and acceptance testing to validate solution accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Provide effort estimation for development tasks to support project planning and prioritisation.
• Participate in deployment activities, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development and deployment.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide post-go-live technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Optimise system performance, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft's latest releases, updates, and best practices in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within Dynamics 365 using AI-driven tools.

Key Deliverables

• Development and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• System performance enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Providing technical support pre and post-implementation.
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring within the development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must have 5-8 years integration experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 custom development.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, etc.).
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM).
• Experience with integration tools like KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or SSIS.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven automation and chatbots within Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for enhanced UI customisation.
• Understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices.
• Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Azure DevOps, Git).
