Job Description for Dynamics 365 CE CRM Developer at Visionet Systems:

Visionet Systems is seeking a talented Dynamics 365 CE CRM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze their business requirements and design innovative solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing CRM applications to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions based on client requirements using Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Customize entities, forms, views, and workflows in the Dynamics CRM environment.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM solutions.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including customization and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and data structures.
  • Experience with JavaScript, C#, and .NET for developing plug-ins and custom applications.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control and application lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of integration methods such as Web APIs, Data Export Service, and Azure services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
