  • Proficient in Dataverse and the Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service module, demonstrating deep knowledge.
  • Proficient in building model-driven applications within the Dynamics 365 platform, including designing entities, forms, views, and business processes to create tailored user experiences.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing HTML and JavaScript web resources for Dynamics 365 CRM to extend and customize the user interface and functionality.
  • Skilled in building and troubleshooting custom code, including plug-ins, to enhance system functionality.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying solutions across different environments within Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring smooth transitions from development to testing and production environments.
  • Understanding of security principles in Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience in automating business processes using Power Automate Flow within D365 Dataverse.
  • Proficient in gathering requirements, analyzing needs, and designing solutions using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Dynamics 365 customization tools.
  • Proficient in developing custom workflows, creating plug-ins, and establishing custom integration solutions with third-party vendors in Dynamics CRM.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience in web development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings, such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Data Factory, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices for effective collaboration within project teams and with leadership.
  • Experience in the development of PowerApps portals, with additional exposure to working on canvas apps as a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-200, and MB-230 are beneficial.
