About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Senior Consultant with proven end-to-end project delivery experience and hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps application development.

This is not a junior or step-up position — we're looking for a seasoned professional who combines strong Dynamics 365 CE functional expertise with proven experience in delivering innovative, high-impact CRM and Power Platform solutions.

You will lead CRM workstreams, design and configure custom business applications, develop automated workflows, and integrate AI-driven virtual agents and IoT data streams to deliver innovative, real-time solutions. You will also guide clients through Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform best practices to ensure scalable, sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 CE projects across CE modules.
• Design, configure, and deploy Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps) to meet specific business needs.
• Build and optimise Power Automate workflows for process automation and system integration.
• Find opportunities to develop and configure AI agents for customer interaction, service automation, and knowledge management.
• Integrate IoT data sources with Dynamics 365 CE to enable proactive service and predictive maintenance scenarios.
• Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user training sessions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customisations.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.
• Mentor and support junior consultants to build internal capability.

About You – Skills & Experience

• 5–10+ years of CRM implementation experience, with at least 3–5 years in Dynamics 365 CE (or Dynamics CRM).
• Must be willing to travel to Australia, New Zealand and Europe regularly.
• Strong functional expertise across CE Modules.
• Proven experience in Power Platform app development (Power Apps) and process automation (Power Automate).
• Experience building AI agents and integrating IoT data streams with CRM solutions.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform with other business systems (ERP, data platforms, portals).
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform certifications highly regarded.
