Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant
with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 environments. The ideal candidate will lead and deliver modernization initiatives, migrations, and solution design for enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute
    SharePoint Online migrations
    from on-premises or third-party platforms.
  • Design and implement
    scalable Power Platform solutions
    using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Architect and develop
    applications leveraging Microsoft Dataverse
    and custom connectors.
  • Customize and configure
    Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
    modules to meet business needs.
  • Develop, extend, and integrate
    Microsoft Teams applications
    using SPFx, Adaptive Cards, and Azure services.
  • Drive
    CRM modernization initiatives
    , integrating with Dynamics 365 and external systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and project managers.
  • Prepare and maintain
    solution documentation
    , architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with
    Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance best practices
    .

Required Skills

  • Expertise in
    SharePoint Online
    & migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, and SPMT.
  • Strong experience in
    Power Platform
    (Canvas & Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Dataverse
    , data modeling, and system integration.
  • Solid experience in
    Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
    customization and workflows.
  • Proven experience in
    Microsoft Teams development
    (bots, tabs, messaging extensions).
  • Deep understanding of
    Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and administration
    .
  • Strong programming skills in
    Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, TypeScript
    , or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with
    ALM and DevOps
    practices for Power Platform and Dynamics.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Certifications (Preferred):
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant Associate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with
    Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management
    , and related Azure services.
  • Knowledge of
    integration patterns
    using Dataverse, Azure, and third-party APIs.
  • Experience working in
    regulated industries or large enterprise environments
    .
