Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, customizing, and developing enterprise-scale CRM solutions within the Banking and Financial Services sector. This role is purely technical (not functional) and requires advanced development skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, .NET, SQL Server, and integrations. The candidate will work on mission-critical banking applications such as customer onboarding, loan origination, KYC/AML, compliance, and collections, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (On-Premise & Online) for banking workflows.
• Build custom Plugins, Workflows, Business Rules, and JavaScript enhancements to extend CRM functionality.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs (OpenAPI) and SOAP web services with core banking systems, payment gateways, AML/KYC platforms, and regulatory systems.
• Configure role-based CRM security models to meet banking confidentiality and compliance requirements.
• Develop SSRS reports and SSIS packages to handle banking operations, compliance reporting, and audit requirements.

Backend & Database Engineering

• Design and optimize MS SQL Server databases for handling large volumes of customer, account, and transaction data.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions for banking data processing.
• Ensure high performance and secure handling of sensitive financial datasets.

Cloud Migration & DevOps

• Lead migration from On-Premise CRM to Dynamics 365 Online, ensuring minimal downtime and regulatory compliance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for secure and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to optimize CRM performance for high-transaction banking workloads.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) projects.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging for banking-specific CRM applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.

• Hands-on expertise in:

• Dynamics 365 CRM Customizations (Plugins, Workflows, Business Rules, JavaScript).

• C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET.
• RESTful APIs (OpenAPI), SOAP Web Services.
• MS SQL Server – advanced queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, performance tuning.
• SSRS reports & SSIS packages.
• Cloud migration from On-Prem CRM to Dynamics 365 Online.

• Azure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, repos).

• Strong knowledge of Banking domain workflows – customer onboarding, loans, KYC/AML, collections, compliance reporting.

• Familiarity with secure coding practices, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and Central Bank regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate / Power Platform Developer.
• Exposure to Azure Services – Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus.
• Experience in banking data migration and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns in BFSI environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven track record in delivering technical CRM solutions for Banking/Financial Services clients.
