Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager for Commercial Banking located in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, providing cash management solutions, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, recommending appropriate financial products and services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial services, develop strategies to deepen client relationships, and achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Business Relationship Management and Finance skills
  • Experience in Cash Management and Financial Services
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry preferred
