Job Description: Commercial Assistant Location: Santacruz, Mumbai CTC: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month Vacancies: 1 Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Assistant with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Santacruz, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing, import-export operations, and banking correspondence, including knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG). Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing: Manage and oversee all billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Import-Export: Handle import-export documentation and procedures, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG): Prepare and manage LC and BG documentation, liaising with banks and ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Banking Correspondence: Maintain effective communication with banks, manage banking transactions, and resolve any issues related to financial operations.
  • Documentation: Ensure all commercial documentation is accurately maintained and updated.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies related to commercial activities.
  • Coordination: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any commercial issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com).
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, billing, import-export, LC, BG, and banking correspondence.
  • Strong understanding of financial documentation and international trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
