This group will provide engineering services for Commercial/ Architecture facilities primarily based in the EU/UK/US region.

We are looking for an experienced, architect to join our growing Commercial / Architecture team in Mumbai office to lead and support architectural design activities on projects mainly in North America region. The successful candidate will report to the Architectural Lead and will assist in building an architectural team to support design projects.

Responsibilities : The Architect will assist project teams of architects, designers, and engineers to create world class design on Commercial/ Architecture Projects from concept design through completion of construction:

1.Assist project teams and works on a variety of design projects from conceptual design through construction administration. 2.Develop, modify, and review construction drawings and specification for above listed facilities. 3.Assist in the development of interiors based on client vision and architectural needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers. 4.Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, codes, and procedures within the architecture industry. 5.Guide the 3d visualization team in developing concepts and final architectural rendering. 6.Manage data complied as required by the project managers. 7.Build effective relationships with existing clients, customers and contractors to help develop new business opportunities. 8.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in architecture from accredited program is required. 2.A

range of

3-6 years of relevant experience.

3.Experience in Industrial/Data Center facilities is preferred. 4.Ability to work across disciplines to develop a coordinated design package. 5.Must have ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. 6.Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Professional Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.

Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD and Sketchup is mandatory.

7.Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
