Position:
Architect Intern / Junior Architect (Fresher)

Eligibility:

  • B.Arch Degree
    from a recognized university.
  • COA Registration
    (Compulsory for Junior Architect post).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to
    year of experience
    may apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing
    architectural, working, and presentation drawings.
  • Support in concept development, design detailing, and 3D visualization.
  • Prepare drawings as per
    DCR / UDCPR / DCPR 2034
    norms.
  • Draft and compile
    submission drawings for NMMC / CIDCO / SRA / MCGM.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams.
  • Conduct site visits, measurement work, and documentation when required.
  • Maintain and organize project records and drawing sets.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of
    approval procedures
    and
    building bylaws.
  • Strong design sense, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
