Project Designing and Planning : Designing , Planning, scheduling and execution of projects from the stage of site preparations to occupation to handover. Overseen, short listed appointment of various consultants as required for particular project once initial land acquisition process gets completed right until handover of the project. Preparing required drawings and documentation for Liasoning with various govt. and municipal agencies, securitizing of drawings along with municipal agencies and fulfilling their compliances, arranging their site visits required for getting required approvals.

Project Co-ordination: Being one time contact between management, MD and all planning and execution agencies for many projects. Coordination between consultants, head office and site to oversee that the day to day requirements of sites, sales and management are complied with on time. Coordination with International design architects extensively in finalizing layouts suited to local building laws, and presented design options to management. Coordination with consultants for Environmental clearance (MOEF).

Site Coordination: Coordinating all services drawings with landscape layout and then aligning the chambers aesthetical later releasing the coordinates for the same for execution.

Team Management & Mentorship: Leading, guiding, and mentoring a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality output. Refine the design by creating floor plans, elevations, and sections to communicate the design intent. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines. Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases, developing design proposals, blueprints, and detailed plans that meet client needs, building requirements, and regulatory standards.

Project Management : Being a part of In-house Architecture department with reputed builders, organization wherein acted as one point contact between management and all concerned consultants, sites, Liasoning department, billing and contractors for various projects. Coordination with leading Architectural firms, local Liasoning architects, other govt. departments including building proposals, Land records, survey, garden, traffic, SWD, TDR for obtaining various NOCs and compliances required for timely approvals. Have contributed in carrying out detailed working drawings, sale drawings with sale area statements also did presentations for expo and exhibitions. Also contributed in MCHI exhibitions as a technical support for Sales and marketing. Have dealt in terms of drawings scrutiny and inter co-ordination between Architects, structural engineers, MEP, HVAC consultants, so as to have smooth flow right drawings to site for execution. Coordination with Environment Consultant for fulfilling their requirements of drawings and documents needed for particular projects. Also prepared files for the authority meeting and taking the follow up for the same.
