Vida Realty Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Construction Head with over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee multiple residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders including PMC teams, architects, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Steering the successful roll-out of project operations entailing defining scope, setting timelines, analyzing requirements, budget review & approval, prioritizing tasks and identifying dependencies as per preset budgets.
  • Spearheading the functions like supervision, coordination & review of survey, quality control, mobilization of manpower, materials & equipment and cost control.
  • Supervising the scope of construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating for site management activities.
  • Interfacing with Architects, Consultants, Clients & Contractors to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials based on the prevalent rules.
  • Coordinate with Project Management Consultants (PMC) to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Overcoming complex challenges and making high-stakes decisions using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethics & irreproachable integrity.
  • Tracking project activities with a key emphasis on quality, drawings,

specifications, standards & codes; reviewing schedule & managing budget for cash flow requirements.

  • Inspecting material quality received from vendors/ suppliers and monitoring subcontractor quality in work execution.
  • Documenting estimates &requirements generated during detailed engineering of the project.

Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances while developing & negotiating with vendors.

  • Ensuring the implementation of Quantity Surveying services, including cost advice and, cost control and financial management of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide site engineers, supervisors, and junior staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale real estate projects in Mumbai or similar metro cities.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations, municipal approvals
