About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and coordination of large-scale themed entertainment projects — including theme parks, amusement spaces, and experiential environments. The ideal candidate should combine creative vision with technical precision, guiding projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design development from concept to detailed drawings.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, construction).
  • Prepare presentations, working drawings, 3D visuals, and material specifications.
  • Review designs for compliance, quality, and constructability.
  • Manage multiple projects and mentor junior architects/designers.
  • Participate in client presentations and on-site coordination meetings.
  • Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies in themed architecture.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 7–10 years in architectural design (preferably in theme park, hospitality, or entertainment projects).
  • Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion (or similar visualization tools).
  • Strong conceptual, spatial, and technical design ability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
