Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships and ensure an exceptional service experience. The role involves managing key B2B clients, addressing their business needs, and coordinating internally to deliver timely and high-quality jewellery solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new B2B clients.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and business goals to provide customized product solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication, inquiries, and order updates.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Manage client accounts, follow up on payments, and ensure timely order deliveries.
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling within existing client portfolios.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Participate in exhibitions and business events to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years in Customer Relationship Management / Client Servicing, preferably in the Jewellery, Luxury, or Fashion Industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data management.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
