About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven
HR Professional
with strong expertise in
Talent Acquisition
and a working understanding of
Performance Analysis & Management
. This role will play a key part in attracting high-quality talent while also supporting performance-driven HR initiatives that align people outcomes with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage the
end-to-end hiring lifecycle
including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through
multiple platforms
such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Hands-on experience with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
for managing candidate pipelines and hiring metrics.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver timely, quality hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Ensure a positive
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Performance Analysis & Management (Secondary Focus)
- Support the
performance management cycle
including goal setting, reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Analyze employee performance data to identify trends, high performers, and improvement areas.
- Track KPIs, OKRs, and performance scorecards across teams.
- Prepare performance dashboards, MIS reports, and insights for HR and leadership.
- Assist in performance calibration, feedback discussions, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Maintain accurate performance data in
HRMS / PMS tools
.
What We're Looking For
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR with
strong exposure to Talent Acquisition
and working knowledge of performance management.
- Proven experience in sourcing through
multiple hiring platforms
and managing ATS.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to convert HR data into
actionable insights
.
