We are seeking an experienced Customer Support & Appointment Setter to join our team and support our UK clients. This role involves handling inbound and outbound communication, resolving customer queries, and conducting cold calling to generate leads and fix appointments with potential clients.
Candidates with prior experience in delivery, courier, or shipping industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing company services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments/meetings for the sales team.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalations effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, client processes, and delivery/shipping workflows.
- Log and track all customer interactions and calls with accuracy.
- Achieve defined KPIs including response time, resolution rate, call targets, appointment conversion, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of customer support / telecalling experience (B2B/B2C).
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Prior experience in Delivery, Courier, or Shipping industry is preferred (Not Mandatory).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM, calling tools, or support platforms.
- Comfortable working UK business hours (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST).
- Must have a personal laptop/PC with reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote working.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
