Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter Senior Recruiter to join our HR team in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in volume hiring, bulk recruitment, and sourcing candidates across various channels.

Responsibilities Freshers/Experienced.

  • End-to-end recruitment for bulk and volume hiring mandates.
  • Sourcing potential candidates from job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintaining a candidate database and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Meeting daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and reporting recruitment metrics.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
  • Experience in bulk hiring/volume hiring for entry- to mid-level roles
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, Indeed, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
