Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team at GuideYu. The role involves supporting the HR department in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
- Address day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.
- Work closely with the HR team to improve processes and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of HR experience (internship or prior HR role preferred).
- Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
