About the Role – Spa Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional service delivery at our wellness center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness, possess strong leadership abilities, and be committed to driving both guest satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day spa activities for smooth operations.
  • Uphold service quality and hygiene standards as per company SOPs.
  • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and stock control.
  • Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and mentor therapists, beauticians, and front desk staff.
  • Create staff schedules and monitor performance to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular training on service protocols and customer care.
  • Guest Experience
  • Ensure every client receives premium, personalized service.
  • Handle escalations, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Build rapport with guests to enhance retention and referrals.
  • Sales & Business Growth
  • Drive monthly sales and revenue for services and retail.
  • Implement promotions, membership drives, and upselling initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with statutory health, safety, and hygiene norms.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational guidelines.
