HR Assistant

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities -posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters and ensure completion of joining formalities.
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
2. Employee Engagement & Support
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Circulate internal communications and notices.
- Handle routine employee queries on HR policies, leaves, and procedures.
3. Compliance & Process Support
- Support in maintaining compliance documentation and HR audits.
- Assist in implementing new HR processes or tools as directed by the HR Lead.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values in all HR activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
