Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge & Experience of Valves Industry, Industrial safety products, mechanical systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field).
  • MBA in Marketing or relevant certifications (preferred).
  • Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex products to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned regions/industries.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Plan and participate in trade shows, expos, and industry events.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online campaigns and social media presence.
  • Prepare marketing collaterals, product brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Support lead generation and manage CRM for effective pipeline tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹45,000.00 per month
