**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated **Sales Representative** to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to kick-start a career in **technical sales**. The primary responsibility is to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales of our **protective coatings** solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in **industrial, Protective & marine** sectors.
- Build relationships with Fabricators, **contractors, engineers, facility managers, and purchasing managers**.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our **protective coatings** to potential clients.
- Work closely with senior sales representatives and technical teams to provide **customized solutions** for clients.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
- Provide **after-sales support** and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree or diploma** in **Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field** (preferred but not required).
- 0-2 years of sales experience (experience in coatings, paints, or industrial products is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
