Matrix Comsec is looking for Pre-Sales Solution Design Engineers who love technology and enjoy solving real customer challenges.

What the role is about:

  • Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions from our portfolio
  • Showcase our products through demos, POCs, and technical presentations
  • Prepare strong, detailed responses for RFPs/RFIs
  • Ensure solutions are practical, competitive, and future-ready
  • Stay updated with the latest in enterprise communication, security, and networking
  • Travel occasionally for customer meetings

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT (or related field)
  • Experience in pre-sales / solution design (telecom, IT, or security background preferred)
  • Ability to explain complex tech in a simple, customer-friendly way
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • A team player who enjoys working closely with sales and technical teams
