Business Lead – Partnerships, Growth

About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Business Lead who can own everything from partnerships to money management at BHAG Club. This is not a typical 9–5 role — you'll be responsible for turning BHAG's cultural movement into a scalable, sustainable business. You will lead the charge in generating revenue, structuring deals, managing funds, and driving growth across all verticals.
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage all brand partnerships & sponsorships – from outreach to negotiation to execution.
- Create and manage revenue models, P&L, and overall financial strategy for BHAG.
- Explore and close new business opportunities across fitness, lifestyle, and events.
- Oversee fundraising, budgeting, and investor relations if required.
- Please make sure operational scalability across our community, events, and product launches.
- Work directly with founders to steer BHAG's long-term business strategy.
Who You Are:
- 3–6 years in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- A strong network in fitness, lifestyle, youth, or fashion industries.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- A natural closer with strong communication & negotiation skills.
