What You'll Do

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, reach out to, and convert new Shopify merchants and partners into active users.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through email, LinkedIn, and ecosystem outreach.
  • Drive product demos, understand merchant needs, and position Oxify as their go-to conversion app.

Partnerships & Channel Sales

  • Collaborate with Shopify agencies, consultants, and ecosystem partners to create co-marketing or referral opportunities.
  • Develop repeatable outreach and collaboration playbooks to scale partnerships.

Community & Brand Expansion

  • Represent Oxify within Shopify and DTC communities, Slack groups, and online forums.
  • Build authentic relationships that lead to long-term brand visibility and merchant trust.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Work directly with the founding team to test growth strategies, optimize outreach, and improve conversion rates.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and refine strategies for maximum growth and ROI.

Compensation

  • Fixed salary: ₹35,000 per month, with performance-based incentives.
