Offline Sales Head

Key Responsibilities
Channel Ownership:
Build and manage all offline sales verticals including SIS (Shop-in-Shop), retail kiosks, modern
trade, and general trade.
Strategy & Growth:
Develop and implement a cohesive offline sales strategy that balances brand experience
with commercial growth. Use data, market insights, and consumer behavior analysis to guide
decisions from location planning to product mix and sales targets.
Retail Kiosks & General Trade Expansion:
- Lead the rollout of retail kiosks across key malls and high-footfall areas.
- Build and scale a structured general trade network across relevant markets.
- Use a scientific approach to optimize distribution, pricing, and sell-through, ensuring
every counter or store performs efficiently.
Partnership Management:
Identify, onboard, and manage modern trade and retail partners to strengthen brand
visibility and drive sustained sell-through.
Team Leadership:
Build and manage a high-performing on-ground sales team and regional distributors who
operate with ownership, accountability, and a deep understanding of brand and consumer.
Market Insights:
Continuously track competitor activity, consumer preferences, and retail trends to identify
new growth opportunities and refine channel strategy.
P&L Ownership:
Own budgets, sales targets, and profitability across all offline channels while ensuring
operational discipline and ROI.
Ideal Background
- 8- 12 years of experience in offline / retail sales, preferably within consumer goods,
personal care, or lifestyle categories.
- Proven experience in setting up or scaling retail kiosks, modern trade, or general
trade networks.
- Strong understanding of retail economics, channel margins, and ROI management.
- Data-driven mindset ability to use analytics to drive decisions instead of relying on
push-based selling.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
