Admin Manager
to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Coordination
    – Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    – Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational and administrative reports for management review.
  • Team & People Management
    – Supervise staff, allocate responsibilities, and ensure high levels of productivity and discipline.
  • Logistics Management
    – Oversee movement of goods, inventory tracking, dispatch schedules, and supply chain efficiency.
  • ERP Management
    – Handle ERP system for data entry, process tracking, and reporting to maintain accuracy and transparency.
  • Process Improvement
    – Identify gaps in operations and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong skills in vendor management, reporting, and logistics coordination.
  • Experience with

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
