We are seeking an
experienced Senior Finance Manager
to lead our finance function. This individual will be responsible for
auditing existing processes discreetly, streamlining financial operations, and implementing best practices
. They will oversee the existing accountant, bring transparency, and ensure that every financial activity is tracked, compliant, and aligned with growth objectives.

Role Description

The Senior Finance Manager will be the
strategic owner of finance
at Spine Infratech. Their first priority will be to
assess and audit current accounting practices
— ensuring accuracy and exposing risks or irregularities. From there, they will implement strong internal controls, introduce the right financial tools, and build a reporting system that strengthens accountability.

This role is ideal for someone with
extensive experience in both unorganised and organised sectors
, capable of identifying loopholes, improving compliance, and driving financial discipline at scale.

Location

  • Delhi (Dwarka Sector 17 Office)

Role Accountabilities

  • Conduct a discreet internal audit of current financial systems, accounts, and records.
  • Supervise the existing accountant and establish a clear reporting structure.
  • Standardise financial processes, approvals, and internal control mechanisms.
  • Manage end-to-end finance: accounting, payroll, vendor management, billing, and collections.
  • Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory audit requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and banking partners.
  • Evaluate and recommend accounting/ERP software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, ERPNext, etc.).
  • Implement the chosen software for better transparency, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Identify and eliminate risks, irregularities, or unethical practices.
  • Drive a culture of financial accountability and discipline across the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA strongly preferred).
  • 12–18 years of experience
    in finance and accounting, with exposure to SMEs/unorganised sectors.
  • Proven record of leading finance functions, audits, and internal controls.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, GST, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple financial software platforms.
  • High integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive financial matters.
  • Leadership ability to head finance independently and mentor junior accountants.
