Brief Summary
A Senior Client Manager plays a highly critical role at Grassik. The incumbent will be responsible for executing and closing assignments independently while simultaneously engaging with clients to ensure a smooth and highly effective
The incumbent will gather in-depth knowledge of the industries being managed and penetrate those by engaging with clients and senior executives of the industry across major cities in India.
Ability to engage and build strong rapport with clients, a Solutions-oriented mindset
along with highest levels of
integrity
are key determinants for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Execute End to End Talent Searches independently.
The role will be client facing
.
- Take a brief on each mandate from the Client & gain
clear and thorough understanding of the assignment
– major KRAs, deliverables, requisite skill sets etc. by asking relevant questions.
- Acquire crystal clear understanding of the client organization
- its size, culture, vision, key personnel & any unique selling points.
- Sourcing of right-fit candidates
for each given assignment, based on one's thorough understanding of the assignment, utilizing any candidate sources including physical & online databank, internet and industry mapping.
- Conduct detailed and
thorough assessments of candidates
to ascertain their levels of interest.
- Be ready to work in a target oriented line of work.
Ability to strategically plan work and track revenue targets.
- Foster client retention through excellent relationship management and outstanding service delivery by
meeting existing clients throughout the year maintaining a calendar based schedule.
- Stay current with emerging technologies
and leverage Generative AI platforms to drive operational efficiencies.
- Ensuring achievement of
Quarterly
and
Annual revenue targets.
- Keeping abreast of the latest updates on
Industry news and trends
at all times.
