
Client Relationship Manager

Client Interaction:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients' immigration needs and requirements through calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings.
- Provide clear information about visa categories, eligibility, and process steps (training will be provided).
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and trust.
- Follow up with clients regularly to update them about their application progress.
- Handle client queries promptly and professionally.
Process Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams such as documentation and processing to ensure smooth progress of cases.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and application status in the CRM system.
Sales & Conversions (Soft Target):
- Explain service packages and benefits to clients.
- Assist in achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets by converting leads into clients.
- Promote company services in a consultative and ethical manner.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated about immigration rules, program changes, and industry trends.
- Share feedback from clients to improve services and strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Arts, or related preferred).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and [local language].
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
