Job Summary:

The Senior Event Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and management of corporate and experiential events from concept to completion. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and organized professional who can lead teams, manage client relationships, and ensure every event aligns with brand objectives and delivers an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end events including corporate conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, destination events, and product launches.
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and layouts that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments — design, production, marketing, and operations — for seamless event execution.
  • Handle client communication from brief to post-event evaluation, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct venue inspections, oversee logistics, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
  • Lead a team of event executives and coordinators, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Troubleshoot challenges and ensure smooth on-site execution during events.
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports, cost analysis, and client feedback summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in event management, preferably in corporate or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events and client portfolios.
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and event/project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends during events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Creative thinking and an eye for design and detail.
  • Experience coordinating with creative and production teams.
  • Knowledge of event budgeting, costing, and vendor management.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development abilities.

Compensation:

70,000-1,00,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
