Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive & detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our Delhi office.
Key Responsibilities:
Office administration & vendor coordination
Drafting & managing official correspondence/emails
Expense tracking & record maintenance
Coordination with Head Office
Basic IT support & documentation
Shorthand & typing skills (added advantage)
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written & verbal communication
Basic knowledge of accounting/expenses
