Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in South Delhi. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily operations, such as managing inventory, overseeing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and implementing marketing strategies. The candidate will also handle administrative tasks, assist in planning events, and manage online and in-store customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Operational Skills: Inventory Management, Staff Supervision, and Quality Customer Service
- Administrative Skills: Handling Administrative Tasks and Event Planning
- Marketing Skills: Implementing Marketing Strategies and Managing Customer Interactions
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
