**Minimalist Hotels is looking for a driven and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager – B2B to strengthen our agency partnerships, drive business growth through strategic tie-ups, and coordinate seamlessly with partners to maximize revenue. The role demands a proactive relationship builder who can identify new business opportunities, nurture long-term collaborations, and ensure smooth communication between our hotels and B2B partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporates, OTAs (B2B side), and travel consortiums.
• Drive agency tie-ups and negotiate commercial terms to expand the B2B network.
• Ensure regular coordination with partner agencies to maximize visibility and sales.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations to promote Minimalist Hotels' portfolio.
• Work closely with the revenue & reservations team to align pricing strategies with B2B demand.
• Identify new market opportunities (corporate travel, MICE, group bookings).
• Track sales performance, agency contribution, and generate MIS reports for management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support B2B campaigns, content, and joint promotions.
• Ensure timely contracting, rate loading, and communication with partners.
• Maintain updated knowledge of competitor activities and market trends.
• Represent Minimalist Hotels at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality / travel industry, with strong B2B exposure.
• Proven success in agency tie-ups, corporate sales, or B2B hotel partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track numbers and optimize performance.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel.
