About the Role
We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Manager
with strong expertise in hospitality and hotel digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and offering tailored digital marketing and OTA management solutions to hotels, resorts clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new hospitality clients, including hotels, resorts, and travel partners.
- Promote and sell digital marketing solutions, OTA management services, and performance-driven strategies to hospitality brands.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated with hospitality industry trends, digital marketing practices, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, client servicing, operations) to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
3–5 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong network and connections within the hospitality sector.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
