Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Regional Sales Manager to be located in Dwarka, Delhi and in Guwahati/Kolkata for our eastern markets. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, create new markets and channels, and drive revenue growth within their assigned region. Daily responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. The key deliverable of the candidate would be to create a pipeline of students who would be interested in building a career in hospitality, retail etc and would undergo a short term vocational skill course at our flagship centre in Dwarka, Delhi. A prior experience in sales in education products would be an added advantage.

The position involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Experience with Sales Team Leadership, Performance Monitoring, and Goal Setting
  • Strong analytical skills for Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Reporting
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site workplace
