PROKKON Construction Material Company, established 25+ years ago, specializes in manufacturing electrical products such as modular boxes, UPVC conduits, distribution boards, and LED lighting fixtures. Along with these, we also deal in premium quality floor and wall tiles, faucets and sanitaryware, along with laminated wooden flush doors.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at our sector-10 Noida office + South Delhi office.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing :-

executive administrative support,

managing mis reports,

assisting with day-to-day executive functions,

and ensuring efficient communication and coordination.

The role requires handling a wide range of administrative tasks effectively to support senior management and ensure smooth operations.

This role specially requires person who is open to travel within ncr on regular basis within work hours, along with director for various b2b client meetings / client relations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • preferably resident of south / south west delhi
  • preferably open to travel within ncr within work hours with director for b2b meetings
  • Experience with managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills for effective coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
