Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant based in South Delhi. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and schedules, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, and handling communication channels. Additional responsibilities include facilitating project management tasks and assisting with research and data collection.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills including scheduling, report preparation, and file management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in research and data collection
- Experience with project management and coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
