Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT and Services sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients to drive client engagement and retention.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in business development, sales, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of the Information Technology and Services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
