Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager located in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead marketing and sales initiatives, develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain clients, and oversee market research to identify emerging opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring the performance of marketing efforts. The role demands strong leadership skills, client relationship management, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and client acquisition
  • Strong sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals
  • Experience in market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in team management, collaboration, and mentoring team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt strategies effectively
  • Familiarity with real estate, private equity, or alternative investments is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
