  • Lead generation: Prospect for new clients through methods like cold calling, email, networking, and client referrals.
  • Customer engagement: Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and present product/service solutions.
  • Sales process: Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from initial pitch to closing deals and finalizing contracts.
  • Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services to answer questions and highlight benefits.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and goals.
  • Reporting: Track sales activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide reports to management.
