Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative, based in Mumbai. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions. The role also involves representing the company at client meetings, providing product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in managing leads, creating sales reports, and achieving targets
  • Familiarity with timber, veneers, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required
