Purpose : Create the best impression about Gaze IT Solutions Private Limited by lively engagement with the clients to help accelerate the future of frictionless commerce Retail ERP solutions to automate business operations. We provide the technical skills necessary to enable the effective use of technologies combined with the business context to leverage a solution to solve our clients' business challenges ends with Gaze IT Solutions Private Limited.
Goals & Deliverables:
- To source, meet, Lead & onboard clients for Gaze IT Solutions Private Limited.
- Run minimum 2 - 4 campaign each day to reach out to existing leads in the targeted and assigned area to generate as many prospects.
- Continuously improving the lead to prospect ratio, the prospect to visit ratio, prospect to decision ratio, the campaign success ratio and the overall revenue potential of the prospects on a month on month basis.
- Meet existing customers in the area to review to after sales activities and to understand their needs to provide suitable solution with the help of Management Team.
- Follow the systems and processes and utilize the CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in the CRM for all the leads and prospects engagements
Role and Responsibility :
- Responsible for developing and identifying new customer network across Maharashtra region.
- To identity and research for potential clients looking for ERP Solution (Software & Hardware support) to customer end.
- Complete lifecycle of customer lead management. Communicating with all customer leads and ensuring maximum conversions with the criteria set
- Manage accounts through entire sales process; outside field sales position, physically at customer location for business development, prospecting, and specifications.
- Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on Customers and enterprise level negotiations.
- Pre & Post implementation support & reviews for all customers.
- Identifying new territories and markets. Should be able to identify/approve proper location for customer's acquisition.
- Prepare reports and help senior management in planning and forecasting trades and Markets.
- Attend expos and exhibitions on behalf of the company also approach to take part in expo.
- Meet monthly and annual MOU & Agreement signing targets.
- Carry out regular Market Research to understand competition and prepare future strategy.
- Any other suitable tasks, Projects and responsibilities aligned by Management
Skills :
- The candidate should be self-motivated and creative in developing new markets.
- Should have sound sales knowledge of POS, Billing, accounts, barcode & retail software.
- Sales Negotiation, Sales & Business Proposal Presentations, Team Management, Customer Expectation Management
- Good Techno commercial Negotiation & Communication Skills.
