About the role:

As the Client Success Lead in IT and Cybersecurity Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, fostering client relationships, and delivering tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities:

New Business Development & Market Expansion:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in both existing and untapped markets.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new customer segments and industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by understanding their business challenges and aligning with Netplaces IT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to keep Netplace at the forefront of innovation in the IT and cybersecurity sectors.

Strategic Account Management:

  • Develop 1-3 year Account/Business Plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning them with client objectives.

Sales Knowledge & Expertise in Technology Solutions:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Arista, and related data networking and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Use this expertise to create tailored, value-driven solutions that address customer needs and deliver business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in networking and cybersecurity, ensuring the provision of cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients at all levels, acting as their primary point of contact for IT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering personalized recommendations to help clients achieve their business and security goals.
  • Collaborate with OEM partners to align on joint strategies, driving mutually beneficial opportunities.

Revenue Growth & Value-Based Selling:

  • Drive all revenue streams through new business development and proactive account management.
  • Utilize value-based selling techniques to align technology solutions with customer business goals, ensuring a compelling ROI.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective relationship management and strategic sales efforts.

Operational Excellence & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate business reports, including pipeline management, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor the progress of client projects and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Who you are:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development in the IT and cybersecurity industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Arista, and related networking and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the data networks and cybersecurity landscape, including current market challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to craft compelling technology-based value propositions for clients.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer success.
