- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT outsourcing and placement services.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development or sales roles within the software development industry, preferably focusing on AI innovation and staff augmentation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify market trends and opportunities for growth within the IT outsourcing sector.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through innovative business development strategies.
