We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can expand our client base, build strong business relationships, and generate consistent revenue through new client acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment and staffing services.

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase revenue.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.

Understand clients hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers.

Negotiate terms of business and ensure profitable business deals.

Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently.

Prepare and present proposals, business pitches, and performance reports to management.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of recruitment/staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in B2B business development or client acquisition.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business deals.
  • Relationship-building and client-retention capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in the recruitment or HR services industry.
  • Experience in handling end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
