Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Pharma Commercial Analytics, Lifesciences & Healthcare
In this role, the candidate should have hands on experience working on commercial projects across the pharma / life sciences, including claims, EMR, EHR data experience,  strategies/roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery to meet business needs.
Responsibilities

•    Experienced across any of the commercial analytics functions like patient analytics, Claims, EMR, EHR data analytics

•    Understand the incoming datasets (claims, EHR, lab, registry, etc.) and identify the available patient-identifiable fields.

•    Map source data fields to the required Datavant tokenization 

•    Set up and maintain the Datavant tokenization tool/environment (on-prem or cloud).

•    Apply the correct tokenization profiles (e.g., Profile 1, Profile 2) based on use case and compliance requirements.

•    Handle multiple datasets and synchronize tokenization for cross-dataset linkage

•    Troubleshoot low match performance and improve via data cleansing or profile adjustments.

•    Develop ETL pipelines or scripts to automate tokenization workflows.

•    Create reusable mapping templates for profiles.

•    Track and report on processing time, match rates, and error rates

•    Experienced in pharma data sets such as, Xponent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, LAAD, Symphony claims, Speciality data assets, Datavant etc.

•    Experience in requirement gathering scoping, solution, project management and executing multiple projects in parallel

•    Liaise with Datavant support for technical issues and feature updates. 

•    Able to manage a large team and act as liaison to the onshore team
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor's in technology/pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Pharma domain. Experience with different data assets, sales reporting/commercial analytics team in healthcare/pharma/life science would be a plus 

•    Hand on experience in SQL, Data Bricks, Snowflakes, R, Python 

•    Overall, the candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers. 

•    Good Excel/PowerPoint skills 

•    Good project management and problem-solving skills

•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills
